Our Journey…
The Family, what made us start Service Demand Group LTD.
Service Demand Group LTD was founded by two brothers, Emmanuel and Daniel, driven by a shared entrepreneurial vision and hands-on experience across the maintenance, construction, and cleaning industries.
With a clear focus on quality and reliability, we established Service Demand Group to support both public and private sector clients nationwide. Our services are built around ensuring full compliance, alongside delivering high-standard maintenance solutions for commercial sites, residential properties, and facilities of all sizes.
As a family-oriented business, we take pride in our values—trust, consistency, and attention to detail. Our rapid growth reflects this commitment, with a strong network of over 75 maintenance contractors and 22 dedicated cleaning professionals working with us across the UK.
Our ambition is simple: to continue expanding our reach while maintaining the high standards our clients rely on—ultimately becoming a leading name in nationwide facilities support.
